If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of the delivery date. However, please note that we do not offer refunds unless the item you received was damaged during shipping. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging.
We provide a 6-month warranty for defective computer parts. If a part you purchased from us proves to be defective within six months of purchase, we will replace it at no additional cost. To receive a replacement, the defective part must be returned to us, and it must not have been tampered with or modified by the customer or any third party. Please ensure that the returned part is securely packaged to prevent further damage during return shipping. If any evidence of tampering or unauthorized repairs is found, the warranty will be void. We are committed to ensuring our customers receive fully functional products and are here to assist with any warranty-related concerns.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
We take great care in ensuring that every computer build meets our high standards for quality and performance. To achieve this, all custom computer builds undergo a thorough stress testing and overclocking process to ensure optimal performance and reliability. As a result, please allow a lead time of approximately 2.5 weeks for the completion of your custom build.
Once your computer build has passed our rigorous testing, we will prepare it for shipping. Please note that shipping will take an additional 1.5 weeks. Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States Lower 48 states. Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or international locations at this time. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to deliver a high-quality product to you.
